How fast is delivery?

Orders are dispatched quickly and shipped tracked across Sweden. Most orders arrive within a few business days.

Do you offer free delivery?

Free delivery is available on qualifying orders. The current threshold is shown at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or see Track Your Order.

Products

How do I choose the right strength?

Strength is measured in mg per pouch. New to pouches? Start lower, 1 to 10 mg. Experienced users often prefer 11 mg and above. Browse by strength from the shop menu.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. We stock authentic products from established brands, sold by a Swedish-registered company.

How should I store nicotine pouches?

Cool and dry. Each can has a best-before date printed on it. Keep all nicotine products out of reach of children and pets.

Payment and returns

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay securely with the major cards and wallets shown at checkout.

Can I return a product?

Unopened products with intact seals can be returned within 14 days. For health and hygiene reasons, opened cans cannot be returned. See Right of Withdrawal.
