Your 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party you designate (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

How to exercise it

Inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example an email to info@frokensnikotin.com. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the period expires.

Important exception for sealed goods

Nicotine pouches are sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed, for health and hygiene reasons. The right of withdrawal therefore only applies to products that are unopened, with the seal intact.

Returns and refunds

Return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us. You bear the direct cost of the return unless otherwise agreed. We refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice, and we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them.
